SalonSpa Etiquette
Our scheduling is designed to allow the proper amount of time needed to complete your beauty service. We request that you arrive fifteen minutes prior to your appointment time to allow you to change and relax before your Spa treatment.

For your convenience, MaryAnne Christopher provides lockers, spa wardrobe and disposable undergarments, as well as complimentary water, tea and coffee.

Cancellations:
To provide all clients with the best service possible, MaryAnne Christopher requests that cancellations be made twentyfour hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time.

Atmosphere:
To maintain our relaxing and peaceful SalonSpa environment, the facility is reserved for adults. No children under the age of 13 are allowed in the spa unless they are receiving services. Cellular phones and pagers are prohibited in the Spa.

Gift Certificates:
Gift Certificates are nonrefundable. Gift Certificates cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

Payment:
MaryAnne Christopher is pleased to honor Visa, MasterCard, Discover and debit cards. We do not accept American Express cards. Personal checks are accepted with proper identification.

Gratuity:
Gratuity is not included, but appreciated. No credit card gratuity accepted.
